Areca FAQ System - Q10022408 - When setting up ARC-1883I the alerts with our SMTP server, it appears that the card is not sending the data to the correct IP (it's sending it to the external/Public IP) rather than the internal relay server that it should send it to.

ARC-1883I latest firmware does support domain name SMTP servers but not private domain name servers. For internal private servers, please use ip address instead.
