The default setting of PEG Max link speed is ‘Auto’. The system will initial pcie to train the pcie link speed and capability during cold boot. After a warm reset, pcie reset time might cause pcie re-train unstable and system cannot recognize the card. Due to the Raid ARC-1203 card is PCIE 2.0 Gen2, we suggest that forcing pcie speed down to Gen2. It is in: “Chipset Configuration -> System Agent (SA) Configuration -> PEG Port Configuration”.
