Q10022002 - Can you advise please whether it is possible to boot from the ARC-1214 card with UEFI mode?

This RAID controller has UEFI BIOS. The default setting 'auto' will response bios code based on motherboard's inquiry. It will report UEFI BIOS when motherboard inquiries for UEFI BIOS. You can force configure this card work with UEFI BIOS. The setting name is 'BIOS Selection' option which is available in advanced feature menu.
