Q80021707 - ARC-8050T3-12 reattach TB3 cable to iMac (whilst ON), HDD 2 and 11 will drop off the RAID and be seen in management as "FREE" HDD.

This is a compatible issue with Seagate high capacity HDD. It is fixed and updates controller firmware version 1.54 date 2017-07-11 or later to work around it.
