Q10011707 - Currently cli.exe shows not a supported 64-bit Windows PE 10.x operating system.

The currently standard CLI version is built with 32-bit, so it does not work if your system is 64bit edition and it does not support 32-bit software. Normally 64-bit Windows do support 32-bit software, but WinPE does not support.

Windows PE x64 bit does not have WOW64 support, and therefore cannot be used. There has one 64bit edition CLI for Windows PE 10.x operating system.
