Q10051603 - Set "HDD Low power Idle" to "7" and test. Then reset to "Disabled" again, but the setting is stuck.

Some hard drive firmware does not flush data in internal cache while idle. In this condition, the cache data from the RAID controller will not be written into the disk if there have no additional IOs.
