Q10021602 - ST4000NM0033 Seagate enterprise HDD can’t pass self test of ARC-1883ix-16 RAID controller shown randomly time out error, when system powers on.

This issue can be fixed by disabling both expander and ROC EDFB function on the ARC-1883ix-16 RAID controller or update the firmware to version 1.53 date: 2016-02-16 or later.
