Please update the firmware to firmware version 1.52 date: 2014-07-19 or later. Choose the “Host Command Queue Mode” option=”Ordered” on the “Advanced Configuration” if you want similar read/write throughputs. There the read and write get the same priority as they are scheduled and the reads are not pushed back.
