Areca FAQ System - Q80011405 - HP Z420 computer can not detect ARC-5026 USB 3.0 during boot up. ARC-5026 switches on and off shortly while the Z420 boots up.

Q80011405 - HP Z420 computer can not detect ARC-5026 USB 3.0 during boot up. ARC-5026 switches on and off shortly while the Z420 boots up.

This is a compatible issue with ARC-5026 USB 3.0 and HP Z420. It has been fixed by new EPLD code on the ARC-5026 controller board.
