Q10081601 - When ARC-1882ix-24 background initialization completes, progress of the initialization on the BIOS setup screen is stuck on xx% initializing displayed.

If you connect the on-controller LAN port, controller will loss to refresh the BIOS setup screen. You will see the initialization % message stuck on some % but event log has show complete message. This issue has fixed on version 1.52 date:2016-1-14 or later
