Areca FAQ System - Q60021101- The ARC-5040 performed flawlessly with USB 2.0 and eSATA but when I plug the box into a USB 3.0 port the green light starts blinking and never stops. If there is no volume for USB port, it will show the behavior as you. You can see the manual for the channel/drive# assign for UBS3.0 volume. Channel/drive# assign for UBS3.0 volume is 0/8~15.
