Q10021506 - After upgrading ESXi host from 5.5 to 6.0, only one/first Areca controller is claimed by driver/OS.

The scsi-arcmsr-1.20.00.24-1OEM.550.0.0.1331820.x86_64.vib driver has fixed the the issue of more than one adapters were installed but only the first one adapter can see in VMware 6.0. Be sure to install with command line option --no-sig-check in this version.
