Q40011501 - How can we update the on-board expander firmware on the external RAID controllers?

You can use the RS232 port and controller firmware to update the expander firmware on the 6Gb/12Gb external RAID controller. For controller update, expander firmware will be re-packed to add one header for controller firmware to identify it.
