ARC-4038 JBOD enclosure has default enabled the “Connector Power Down Control” function in the SAS host (IN) port, press the power on/off switch off does not turn off until no link status from the host side. The following condition is no link from the host side.

(1). The host to which it is attached power down or

(2). The SAS cable is disconnected from host.
