Modern Areca driver versions of linux distribution — starting with RHEL 7.0, Fedora 26, OpenSuse 42.2 and SLES-12SP2 — will boot and install normally on most PCs with Secure Boot enabled. You can refer the readme.txt file on the driver download package to create your boot loaders with your own key, which you can store them in you UEFI firmware.
