Q40011204 -The LED lights on st3000DM001 HDD's with firmware CC46 continues to flash even no activity. We tried with other disks and they work normal.

Problem comes from the activity signal from ST3000DM001 HDD using the same method of SAS HDD. If you use Areca side band or ARC-8666 controller’s backplane, the activity signal comes from our controller EPLD without any problem. You can try to get the new firmware from Seagate to fix it.
