The S4 timeout is a bug of 6.20.00.33 driver version. It has fixed on the version 6.20.00.34. This workaround is also applies to ARC-1200 RAID controller.

Q10031909 - ARC-1203 can't really wake up from W10 standby. It takes about 3 minutes with a black screen until the PC boots itself.
