Areca FAQ System - Q80052102 - ARC-5028T2 6 bay seems to stick in reboot cycle. When the unit was restarted, it now goes into a reboot loop.

Q80052102 - ARC-5028T2 6 bay seems to stick in reboot cycle. When the unit was restarted, it now goes into a reboot loop.

Please remove ethernet cable and thunderbolt cable first, and execute a clean force power on test to see if the problem is related with thunderbolt port or not.
