Please don't use these rescue procedures to recover your raidset without our suggestion. Since unnecessary rescue process may corrupt the raidset configuration and increase the risk of data lost.
Please login controller web manager console and take following screenshots:
1. Information > Raid Set Hierarchy page, please capture entire page
2. System Controls > View Events/Mute Beepter page, please capture all events.
3. Inforrmation > System Information page.
4. Inforrmation > Hardware Monitor page
5. System Controls > System Config page.
6. The current raidset and volume information page
you can open the raidset/volume information page by click the raidset/volume name in the Raid Set Hierarchy page.
These screenshots will be very helpful for us to understand your situation and find out the possible solution.
If you use ArcSAP for management, please choose Overview tab, Advance Feature to be able to open the web manager console.
