Areca OS build-in driver is kernel extension. But Macs new OS no longer support kernel extensions driver update for Tape support. You need to change the RAID adapter device ID using ARC1886BOOT.86 code, so OS will load the manually installation software extension driver downloaded from our web site instead of kernel extension similar as M1 Macs.
