This is the kernel extension driver issue. Areca MacOS buildin driver is kernel extension. But Macs new OS no longer supports kernel extensions driver update for this fix. You need to change the ARC-8050T3U RAID adapter device ID (arc1883firm-id-1883.bin or ARC1886BOOT.86), so MacOS will load the manually installation software extension driver downloaded from our web site instead of existed kernel extension driver similar as Apple Silicon Macs.
