Q50012009 - ARC-72xx JBOD has the 12V over voltage event.

ARC-72xx JBOD PSUs are switching power supplies. They require a minimum load before their outputs are stable. JBOD needs 2-3 HDD installed to meet this minimum load requirement. Otherwise it will output a 12 over voltage event.
