Q40012012 - ARC-8050U3-6 can’t startup when it has not any HDD installed.

The minimum load is to ensure that the AC-DC adapter can operate within the manufacturer’s specification. Otherwise the output voltage level will be unstable or out of tolerance. ARC-8050T3U-6 cannot work well without any disk installation.
