Q90022410 - Supermicro X11DPH-T will hang at boot POST on ARC-1886-4X12I with firmware 1.70, even without any disk attached. Tried: auto, legacy, uefi no difference, all hangs at counting the seconds, either hang at “0” or “5” seconds.

Firmware 1.66, 1.67, and 1.68 all work – boot without problem. The problem starts with 1.69 and continues to 1.70. The newly released firmware 1.7.0 date: 2024-09-27 with new BIOS code has fixed this issue already. This solution also applies Supermicro X12SPi-TF.
