You are able to see the progress of rebuilding in any manager console. You can also check the volume status to see if it is rebuilding. If the volume is degraded and the status of the new drive is free, please assign the new drive as hot-spare disk to trigger the rebuilding process. You can find the create hot-spare disk feature in raidset function menu.
