Q50012208 - ARC-4038-12 cannot detect any slot SATA HDD on-line remove, but no issue on SAS HDD.

Update the expander firmware to version 3.0.4 date: 2022-05-04 or later to fix this issue. Expander firmware can be updated through expander console or Areca raid controller console.
