Two 4-lanes SAS ports on the SAS host adapter can be applied to the ARC-8042 RAID subsystem. ARC-8042 RAID subsystem firmware will assign as a wide port configuration to both ports. Choose the SAS Port# option ‘0’ for RAID or JBOD mode. There will be no function on the selection of SAS Port# option ‘1’.
