The M1 Mac does not wait enough time for the ARC-8050T3-24R to prepare the connected drives. This can be solved to login raid controller web manager console and disable the raid controller BIOS. The BIOS setting in advanced feature menu default setting is auto, please disable it. Apple seems extend the waiting time after latest macOS13 update. You do not need to disable bios after OS updated.
